Island Roots Camp Group Announces Summer Camp Registration for 2023

Island Roots Camp Group, a leading provider of summer camp programs in Essex County, is accepting registrations for the 2023 summer season in Marblehead and Nahant.

Island Roots Camp offers a variety of programs for children ages 3-12, including arts and crafts, sports, nature, and more. Campers will have the opportunity to make new friends, explore their interests, and learn new skills.

“Following our partnership with Tower School during summer of 2022, We’re excited to offer another summer of fun and learning at Island Roots Camps,” said Thomas Phillips, co-founder and COO of Island Roots Camp Group. “Our programs are designed to help children grow and develop in a safe and supportive environment.”

Island Roots Camps are each located on beautiful campuses locally– at Tioga Way in Marblehead and Johnson School in Nahant. Campers will enjoy hiking, playing, and exploring nature right in their own community. They will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of classic camp activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and more.

“We believe that summer camp is an important part of a child’s development,” said Phillips. “It’s a time for them to have fun, make friends, and learn new things.”

Island Roots Camp is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all campers. All staff members are background checked and trained in child safety. Island Roots Camps have health and safety plans in place.

“We want parents to feel confident that their children are safe and having fun at Island Roots Camp,” said Phillips.
